How Can I Check My Web Site's Page Rank (PR)?

Anyone needs to know the PR of a Web page/ Blog / Forum of his/her own or that he/she visits. Here you can know how easily you can check the PR of a Web page/ Blog / Forum.
The Page Rank, mostly known as PR, is a strategy of Google to determine the popularity of a Web page. Considering some criteria Google gives a Web page a number ( a range of 1 to 10), considered as a rank, is called the PR. The Page Rank is usually expressed as PR1, PR2,..., PR10. The higher PR a Web page has, the more visitors can it gather. So PR is much more important for the webmasters who want to build Backlinks or bookmarks and for the website owners who recruit any webmaster or person to make their web site's PR higher. The webmasters need to know the PR of the Website/Blog/Forum where they want to build Backlinks. On the other hand, the website owners need to know what PR does their website achieved. So, if you want to know the PR of your website/web page/blog/forum, you can do it in two ways. These are-
1. With Add-on in Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox is the most popular browser now-a-days because though it has huge necessary built in features, it gives the opportunity of using some third party features that are called Add-on. If you use Mozilla Firefox Browser, you can add an Add-on named 'WebRank Toolbar'. This tool will show you the PR of every page you browse with Mozilla Firefox. Here's a screen shot.
To get this Add-on, do the following steps-
a) Open Mozilla Firefox
b) Click on 'Tools' in the Menu bar then click on 'Add-ons'.
c) In the search box write 'WebRank toolbar' then click on search.
d) Select WebRank Toolbar 4.1.2
d) Click on 'install'. After installing restart the browser.
Now watch, the Page Rank of every page you browse, is shown in the left side of the bar.
Note: The process can differ depending on your browser's version.
2. With the websites that supports PR checker tool
To check the Page Rank of a website/web page/blog/forum try the following link. But remember, if you need to check PR of huge web pages, this process is very time remaining and dirty.
